Shipping & Returns
Your portrait will be packaged securely in a cellophane wallet and placed inside a letterbox sized cardboard postage box or tube; and will be sent with 1st class Royal Mail postage.
Your portrait will be packed and shipped to you with care. In the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage immediately whereupon we can discuss next steps.
I do ask for payment before I will begin the process of creating your piece. I also retain the right to refund you and cancel the portrait if I feel that the pictures provided are not workable, or that during the process you will not be happy with the end result based on our communication.
Copyright
In the case of commissions and other artwork originals, whilst the client owns the original artwork, the artist retains ownership of the copyright and reproduction rights unless otherwise purchased. If you intend reproducing the drawing in any way, the artists permission must be sought first. Artwork may not be reproduced for commercial or financial gain.
